Who processes your data

The data controller is AMG Ascenta Management Group s.r.o., company ID 07958749, registered office Radlická 663/28, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic (“we”). We operate the callers.cz and callers.team websites, Callers is part of Opener.

This policy covers the callers.cz and callers.team websites. The Callers app at app.callers.team is not covered by it.

What data we process and why

Interest form

When you send us the interest form, we process your work email and any details you add: your name, company, how you want to use Callers, a description of what you are planning or need, and your interest in an intro online meeting. We need them to reply, clarify what you need and, if relevant, arrange a meeting.

• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry.
• Retention: 2 years after the last contact, unless a contract follows.

The form does not sign you up for news or any other marketing messages.

Bot protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that a human is filling in the form and processes technical browser data and your IP address for that purpose.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website and form from abuse.

Visitor analytics

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or any other storage on your device and does not track you across websites. We only see aggregated statistics (visits, pages viewed, traffic sources).

Who we share data with

The following processors handle data under a contract with us:

• Ecomail.cz s.r.o. (Czech Republic): storing contacts from the form and sending a notification about a new inquiry.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): website hosting, form protection, analytics and forwarding of email sent to callers.team addresses. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical data to protect the form, which does not require consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you disagree with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz) or your local supervisory authority.
